We are currently hiring for:

Omeo Mental Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to support individuals, families and/or couples in our outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who value collaboration, creativity, and authenticity in their work—and who want to grow alongside a team that’s changing how therapy is done in our community.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outpatient therapy using creative, evidence-based approaches
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per clinical standards
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers as necessary
  • Attend team meetings, clinical supervision and/or case consults
  • Support a warm, team-driven culture—and contribute in ways we didn’t even think to write down yet 😉

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Active licensure in CA (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, etc)
  • Experience working your preferred population
  • Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and professional boundaries
  • Cultural responsiveness and comfort working with diverse populations
  • Tech-savvy (EHR & Office 365; Valant experience is a plus)
  • Credentialed with insurance panels or willing to become credentialed
