Hi, I’m Cindy—and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly heard, respected, and gently challenged to grow. I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating things like anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and identity shifts tied to immigration or culture.
My approach blends evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, DBT, and Seeking Safety. But more than that, I lead with compassion, curiosity, and a belief that healing happens when we hold space for both the pain and the possibility.
