Hi, I’m Liz—and I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, supported, and never pressured to be anyone but yourself. I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating everything from anxiety and trauma to mood swings and tough behavior patterns.

In sessions, I bring a mix of curiosity, evidence-based tools (like CBT and EMDR), and a steady presence that helps clients—especially teens—feel safe to open up and explore what’s really going on underneath the surface.

Things you should know about working with me:

  • I’m not fazed by big feelings or messy moments
  • I’ll meet you where you are—no judgment, no rush
  • I believe healing can start with even the smallest shift

Outside the therapy room:

You’ll probably find me hanging out with my two Boston Terrier pups, discovering new live music spots, or enjoying some quiet time to recharge.

Let’s connect. You don’t have to do this alone.
