Hi, I’m Dr. LC (she/they)—and I believe healing starts in relationships, whether we’re talking about your first ones or the ones you’re navigating now. I work with individuals and families from birth and up, with a special focus on infants, young children, and caregivers. My work centers on trauma-informed, relational care that honors the complexities of family systems and the power of early emotional connection.

Whether we’re exploring parenting struggles, early developmental trauma, or intergenerational patterns, I bring a collaborative, compassionate presence—and a deep respect for your lived experience. This work is about empowerment, not perfection.

Things you should know about working with me:

  • I’m here to support both the little ones and the big feelings
  • I believe relationships—past and present—shape how we heal
  • I’ll meet your story with care, humor, and zero judgment

Outside the therapy room:

You’ll probably find me roller skating, cruising on my motorcycle, or supporting the next generation of therapists through clinical supervision.

Let’s connect. We’re not meant to figure it all out alone.
