Hi, I’m Megan—and I believe therapy is a place where you get to be fully human. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, perfectionism, grief, relationship struggles, and the messy in-betweens that come with life transitions.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I draw from EMDR, ACT, DBT, IFS, and parts work to help you understand your inner world, build healthier patterns, and move toward a life that feels more aligned—on your terms.
